By using Cold Case Club ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cold Case Club is a subscription service that delivers fictional mystery evidence packets by mail. All case files, characters, events, and evidence are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Monthly: $14.99/month, billed monthly for 6 months. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Prepaid: $74.99 one-time payment for the full 6-month case. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable after your first evidence packet has shipped.
  • Gift: $74.99 one-time payment. Gift codes are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable sales tax.

3. Shipping

Evidence packets ship via USPS within the United States. We ship twice per month. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, but we will replace any lost packets free of charge.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Monthly subscribers: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.
  • Prepaid subscribers: Full refund available if requested before your first packet ships. After first shipment, no refunds.
  • Lost/damaged packets: We replace at no cost. Contact us within 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All stories, characters, artwork, designs, and content are the property of Cold Case Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials. You may share photos of your evidence on social media (we encourage it!).

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to subscribe. Our content contains mature themes (fictional crime, mystery, deception) and is not intended for young children.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cold Case Club provides entertainment. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our fictional content. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
